Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for current nannies, future nannies, au pairs, and in-home caregivers at all stages of their journey. Whether you’ve been with families for years or are just starting out, you’re welcome here.
Do I need to know someone to attend?
Not at all! Many attendees will be coming solo, and we’re creating a warm, welcoming environment where connections form naturally. You’ll leave with new friends and maybe even future nanny pen pals.
Will I be certified in CPR and First Aid?
Yes! A certified instructor will guide a training session during the retreat. You’ll leave with up-to-date certification (or you can opt out if you’re already certified).
Is this retreat all business, or will there be time to relax?
Both! The retreat is intentionally designed with a blend of professional development and restful, cozy time to recharge. Expect moments of learning and lounging.
What’s included in the ticket price?
Your ticket includes 2 nights of lodging, all meals and snacks, workshops and breakout sessions, a CPR/First Aid course, swag bag, optional headshots, and a whole lot of nanny magic.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
We understand that life happens. Full refunds are available up to typically 60–90 days prior to event. After that, tickets may be transferable but not refundable.
Can I share a room with someone I know?
Yes! Once registered, you’ll receive a roommate request form. If you’re coming solo, we’ll pair you with another cozy-hearted nanny, we’ve got you.
Do I need to bring anything?
We’ll send out a full packing list ahead of time, but basics include comfy clothes, a water bottle, a notebook, and whatever makes you feel grounded.
Can I attend just one day?
The full experience is designed to build connection over the weekend, but if we open a one-day ticket option, we’ll share that via our email list!
